Liz Haley

A space for meaningful reflection,  clear thinking,  and genuine growth.

Liz Haley, Psychotherapist and Coach in Ojai, CA Patagonia off-site facilitation for creative department

Working in Ojai, CA & Los Angeles

A space to think clearly, speak honestly, and lead well.

I work with thoughtful leaders and creative professionals who are navigating meaningful transitions - in their work, their identity, and how they want to show up in the world. Many of my clients are women in demanding fields, creative practitioners, and people ready to lead and live in ways that feel more honest and sustainable.

With over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist, I bring something most coaches can't: the depth to hold complex emotional conversations, the training to work beneath the surface, and the facilitation skill to create spaces where real dialogue happens.

My path to coaching and therapy

My path to coaching was born from an art project. In 2007, I hooked myself up to a polygraph machine and invited the public to ask me anything they wished. It was an act of radical personal transparency - its impact changed my life.

What fascinated me most wasn't the machine, or even my own answers. It was what happens when you put people together in a safe and honest space and ask meaningful questions.

That experience changed my career path. I trained as a coach, earned a master's in depth psychology from Pacifica, and built my practice around one simple belief: honest conversation changes people - which in turn, changes the world.

"Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced."
- James Baldwin
